Rapid detection of streptomycin and dihydrostreptomycin in milk by enzyme-linked immunofiltration assay

摘要
Using a membrane-based immunochemical technique, a simple and rapid method for the detection of streptomycin and dihydrostreptomycin in milk has been developed. This enzyme-linked immunofiltration assay has a detection limit in milk of 2 ng ml(-1) for dihydrostreptomycin and 5 ng ml(-1) for streptomycin. No sample preparation was needed, and the total assay procedure was completed within 10 min.
