摘要
The ranges of amorphous alloy formation of Co-Cr-W-B and Co-Cr-Mo-B are presented and discussed as a function of the contents of B and W, and B and Mo, respectively. Effects of Si are also treated. Furthermore, the alloy systems Co-Cr-W-B-C and Co-Cr-Mo-B-C were investigated. Wear protection layers were formed by using electron beam melting to surface coating with ductile foils of Co-Cr-W/Mo-B. Our results show that the Co-based alloys with boron an superior to those with carbon (stellite type) for abrasive wear protection. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science S.A.
