摘要：

Recurrent wheezing in children is frequently due to asthma and responds to bronchodilator therapy. We report a case of a 13-year old boy with a 2-year history of presumed asthma not responding to bronchodilator therapy. Bronchoscopy revealed a right main bronchus tumor, which was diagnosed as bronchial schwannoma after resection by sleeve lobectomy. We review the literature on this tumor. © 2009 Informa Healthcare USA, Inc.
