摘要
Fine structure in the a decay of Po-192 has been observed leading to the identification of an excited O+ state in Pb-188, at 571 (31) keV. The half-life of Po-192 has been determined precisely to be 33.2 (14) ms and the alpha-branching ratio of the daughter Pb-188 has been deduced to be 0.085 (13).
