摘要
Low-bandgap donor/acceptor polymer blend solar cells are fabricated. The device performance is optimized at a donor:acceptor blending ratio of 70:30 wt% to result in a short-circuit current density of 8.85 mA cm-2, a fill factor of 0.55, and an open circuit voltage of 0.84 V. The high PCE, which exceeds 4%, demonstrates the potential of polymer/polymer blend solar cells as an alternative to polymer/fullerene solar cells. © 2013 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim.
