摘要
In order to obtain suitable materials for electric power industry applications, CuO-based ceramics were investigated. At first, electric properties of CuO-based ceramics were evaluated. The well sintered CuO-based ceramics (with some amount of Ba, Ca, Na, Li or Sr oxides) show good nearly linear resistance characteristics up to 500 kV/m. Resistivity values depend on the kinds and amounts of additives. Some experimental results obtained in this study suggest that CuO-based ceramics have a good potential for application as ceramic resistors.
