摘要
We consider two circular cylinders in air cross-flow and we simulate numerically the downstream tube galloping oscillations. We propose an aeroelastic force that fakes into account the time lag between the fluid force and the cylinder response. Linear approximation of this force gives an expression of the critical velocity. We then make a validation with results found in the literature.
