摘要
The effect of three kinds of oxide, such as Y2O3, Al2O3 and TiO2, on the strength properties of mechanically alloyed 17% Cr-ferritic ODS alloy materials is investigated. Significant difference between the size and space distribution of the Y2O3 particles and those of the Al2O3 and TiO2 one is observed. The strengthening effect of these oxides is discussed.
