摘要
Programmed cell death (PCD) plays an important role in normal and malignant hematopoiesis. In this issue of Cancer Cell, Inoue et al. (2002) demonstrate that the CED-1 homolog, Slug, is a key regulator of apoptosis in the response of early hematopoietic progenitors to γ radiation. Copyright © 2002 Cell Press.
