摘要：

A robust predictive control strategy is proposed for the secondary voltage control. It is based on the decoupling between control and prediction. The asynchronous part of the input delays is taken into account in the controller synthesis, while the output delays plus the synchronous part of the input delays is handled using an original minimal state Kalman predictor.
