摘要
Time resolved laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy has been used for detection of fluorine and chlorine on polymer materials: PVC and PTFE. The objective of the study is to show the influence of plasma initiation parameters, and to find good analysis conditions by the TRELIBS technique. The different parameters studied are: the distance between the sample surface and the lens focus, the spatial distribution of line intensities, the laser pulse energy and the focal length. Two kinds of analyses have been carried out: a macroscopic analysis by acquisition of plasma video images and a spectroscopic analysis with the use of an optical fiber.
