Dependence of the ultimate tensile strength of thermoplastic elastomers of the triblock type on the molecular weight between chain entanglements of the central block

摘要
A simple model for thermoplastic elastomers (TPEs) is used to account for the experimental ultimate tensile strength measured for a family of MAM and SIPS triblock copolymers for comparable hard block contents. Results show good agreement with the analysis by Ver Strate and Graessley for chemically cross-linked rubbers.
