Many-body effects on the tunneling magnetoresistance of spin valves

摘要
We suggest that in spin valve tunnel junctions, for appreciable voltages one should treat electrons injected into ferromagnetic constituents to be quasiparticles, renormalized by coupling to spin fluctuations. We illustrate effects that may occur as a consequence with a simple model calculation, where electrons are influenced by coupling to spin waves in one of two ferromagnetic films in the structure.
