摘要
Recognition of the helicity of 1,12-dimethylbenzo[c]phenanthrene-5,8-dicarboxylic acid (1) by linear oligosaccharides has been studied by H-1 NMR spectroscopy and capillary zone electrophoresis. Both methods clearly indicate that maltotetraose, maltopentaose, maltohexaose, and maltoheptaose selectively complex with the (M)-isomer of 1 as a guest through hydrogen-bonding interaction in water.
