摘要
A suspension which consists of multiwall carbon nanotubes and isopropyl alcohol was dropped onto a substrate which has patterned electrodes thereon. The nanotubes were collected on the anode when the applied voltage is large (1 V < V < 10 V). When V= 0.7 V, the nanotubes are collected around the end of the anode tips where the electric field should be strongest. This means that the position of nanotubes which are dropped on a substrate with a solvent can be controlled using a local electric field generated by patterned electrodes.
