摘要：

The efficient asymmetric synthesis of nitrogen heterocycles including the quinolizidine alkaloid (-)-epimyrtine, indolizidine alkaloids 209B and 223A, and (-)-agelastatin A using easily prepared sulfinimine-derive chiral building blocks is described.
