摘要
Cobalt oxides are investigated as anode materials for lithium-ion (Li-ion) batteries by means of a variety of electrochemical characterization techniques. The COO electrode demonstrates a stable reversible lithium storage capacity of about 300 mAh g(-1), even after 30 cycles. The reactivity of the cobalt oxides is attributed to the fact that the products of lithiation are in the form of nanosized products. (C) 2002 Published by Elsevier Science B.V.
