摘要：

Two new pinguisane-type, three new Diels-Alder reaction-type dimeric pinguisane sesquiterpenoids and known sesqui and diterpenoids were isolated from the ether extract of the Japanese liverwort Porella acutifolia subsp. tosana. Their absolute stereostructures were established by a combination of extensive 2D-NMR, CD spectra. X-ray crystallographic analysis, modified Mosher's method and chemical correlation.
