摘要
This correspondence reports our study of a novel motion estimation technique by exploiting the uncompensable characteristic of the motion field, Preliminary results indicate that this technique not only reduces the estimation burden drastically but also improves the subjective picture quality and signal-to-noise ratio (SNR).
