Stabilization of quantum states in quantum-optical systems

摘要
Recently it has been shown by several author that quantum states can be stabilized against decoherence by periodically performing measurements and unitary transformations. We extend their decay model tu a more realistic one in the framework of quantum optics conforming to the Markov approximation. It is shown that all quantum error correcting codes are able to cope with this decay model too.
