摘要
Thin fullerene layers were deposited on quartz resonators with thickness-shear vibrations by direct sublimation of C-60 from fullerene containing soot. Humidity adsorptive properties of the fullerene layers were studied making use of the resonators' mass sensitivity. These layers possess high humidity sensitivity and short response time under cyclic changes of air humidity. This makes them applicable to creating a new sensor for measuring relative air humidity.
