摘要
The effect of Pb substitution on the properties of Ba3(1-x)Pb3xCo2Fe24O41 hexaferrite sintered at low temperatures was investigated. The formation of Z-type phase and the densification of the sintered ferrites depended on sintering temperature and Pb content. The modified ferrite sintered at 1120 degrees C/4 h with x = 0.20 stoichiometry, consisted mainly of Z-type hexagonal phase and exhibited good hyper-frequency properties as follows: 5.0 initial permeability, about 1.5 GHz cut-off frequency, > 5 quality factor. Interesting dielectric resonance was found in the hyper-frequency region. (C) 1999 Published by Elsevier Science S.A. All rights reserved.
