Growth and properties of Ba0.9Sr0.1TiO3 single crystal fibers

摘要
Ba0.9Sr0.1TiO3 single crystal fibers were successfully,grown using the laser heated pedestal growth (LHPG) technique. Tetragonal perovskite phase was found with cell parameters a = 3.978 Angstrom and c = 4.020 Angstrom. Temperature dependences of the dielectric constant and thermal expansion properties were analyzed and three sharp anomalies related to the rhombohedral-orthorhombic, orthorhombic-tetragonal and tetragonal-cubic structural transformations were observed.
