Non-galvanic synthesis of nanowalled polypyrrole microtubules in ion track membranes

摘要
Polypyrrole nanowalled microtubules were fabricated by chemically synthesizing polypyrrole within the pores of porous polycarbonate particle track etch membranes. The morphology of the microtubules was characterized by scanning electron microscopy. The electrical conductivity of the microcylinders was measured by leaving the microcylinders embedded in the insulating template membrane and measuring the trans membrane resistance.
