摘要
Water sorption isobars, isochores and isotherms for CaCl2 confined to a microporous silica gel appear to differ from those measured for mesoporous host matrix. The sorption equilibrium was found to be of the bivariant nature typical for liquid salt solutions. No indication for solid hydrate formation was recorded The results obtained evidence a significant change in the thermodynamic properties of the solution due to its confinement to the micropores. This change is qualitatively discussed on the basis of the classical model of strong electrolyte dilute solutions.
