摘要
The adsorption of sodium lauryl ether sulfate (SLES) on phosphatidylcholine (PC) was studied using fluorescence spectroscopy. The effect of the ethylene oxide groups on the adsorption of SLES was discussed. The surfactant adsorption is associated with the surface potential changes of the liposome or probe systems as a function of the SLES concentration and of the incubation time.
