摘要：

In summary, the patients undergoing OLT had a high cardiac output and low resistance obstacle before and during the operation, which recovered gradually after operation. These data support the assumption that myocardial function is influenced by OLT. The changes of CK, CK-MB and cTnl perioperatively indicated that there was also myocardial damage during OLT. As CO and EF did not correlate with CK, CK-MB and cTnl, it looked like myocardial damage during OLT played only a minor role in the occurrence of haemodynamic instability, which could mainly be attributed to circulating volume fluctuations. In spite of this, one should still pay more attention to perioperative myocardial protection. ©2005-2008 Chinese Medical Journal, All Rights Reserved.
