摘要
There is a requirement to push the frequency response of magnetic cores towards 1 MHz for such applications as small signal transformers. Here we report permeability-frequency plots for cores produced from pulverised FeNbBSiCu-based nanophase alloy ribbon bonded with a solder glass matrix. Control of the ribbon treatment and consolidation process has produced mu = 650 flat to 100 kHz. (C) 2002 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
