Carbon fiber/ceramic composite using aluminum phosphate with different P/Al molar ratios

摘要
Three types of aluminum phosphate compounds (AP37, AP75, and AP120) were examined as materials which can be transformed to ceramic by low-temperature sintering. Samples of the three types of aluminum phosphate compounds were prepared for thermogravimetry (TG) through solidification by heating. Their weight-loss behavior was examined using a thermogravimetric analyzer. Among the three compounds, AP120 was found to be the most suitable matrix material.
