摘要：

Osteotomy of the distal femur is an established technique for treating of a valgus deformity caused by lateral compartment osteoarthritis of the knee or ligamentous instability. We describe our technique of a closed wedge osteotomy through a medial approach with fixation by an AO 90 degrees hip blade plate avoiding plaster cast immobilization and allowing early joint movements.
