摘要：

The hemophagocytic syndrome has features of pancytopenia, fever, liver dysfunction, coagulation abnormality and increased hemophagocytic histiocytes in the bone marrow, lymph nodes, liver and spleen.(1) To our knowledge we report the first case of the hemophagocytic syndrome in prostate cancer revealed by disseminated carcinomatosis of the bone marrow.
