摘要
A remarkable gas sensitivity to ethanol gas has been observed in nanostructured Fe2O3-SnO2 materials with a composition of 6.4 mol% SnO2 prepared by high energy ball. milling. The microstructure of the materials has been examined by x-ray diffraction (XRD) and Mossbauer spectroscopy. It was found that tin in the hematite phase plays an important role in high gas sensitivity.
