摘要
Ferrimagnetic particles of Fe3O4 were nanometrically synthesized by coprecipitation. For the purpose of treating tumors in body, hematoporphyrin was used as a photosensitizer, which was coated onto magnetic particles of Fe3O4. The coated magnetic particles can be localized around the tumor by magnetic field. The concentration of hematoporphyrin was obtained from the optical density using UV-spectrometer. The thermostability of coated magnetic particles were investigated by DSC. (C) 2003 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
