摘要
Nanocrystalline ZnO films have been grown by cathodic electrodeposition from dimethylsulfoxide solutions containing ZnCl2 on Si substrates at room temperature. The effects of ZnCl2 concentration on the structural and optical properties of the films were studied. The mean grain size of ZnO particles increases with the increase of ZnCl2 concentration. The exciton emission dominated in the photoluminescence spectra. (C) 2002 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
