An overview is given of the wonderful world of molecular assemblies containing more than one cyclopropane ring. Topics covered include linear aggregates of cyclopropane rings, branched aggregates of three-membered rings and cage structures with three-membered rings. The first covers 1,2-linked oligocyclopropyl systems, oligocyclopropenyl systems, fused systems, 1-1-linked oligocyclopropyl systems and spiroannelated systems-linear triangulanes and heteroanalogues. The second includes oligocyclopropyl-substituted carbo- and heterocycles, branched triangulanes and heteroanalogues, oligospirocyclopropanated carbo- and heterocycled as well as cyclic triangulanes. Finally, the last one focuses on cages incorporating three-membered rings, cages and half-cages with annelated three-membered rings, cages with spiroannelated three-membered rings and cages with three-membered ring substituents.
