摘要
A diffusion-reaction model is capable of proof by comparing theory and experiment. A relation of response time varying with film thickness and gas concentration is given. The method to study certain problems of surface and interface chemical physics by means of measuring macroscopic gas sensing conductance is proposed. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science S.A.
