Optical bleaching of the IVCT-absorption bands of the molybdenum blues

摘要
The nonlinear response of the aqueous solution of molybdenum blues under picosecond pulse excitation was studied. The optical bleaching and its relaxation on a picosecond time scale were found for the first time of the IVCT transition in the near infrared region of spectrum. The step-like dependence of bleaching on the pulse intensity was revealed. The explanation is given which is based upon three-level scheme of the nonlinear interaction.
