摘要
This work provides an over-view of the applications of NMR to the study of protein-carbohydrate interactions. The use of TR-NOE experiments in this context is given. In particular, the study of Ricin/lactose and Hevein/chitobiose complexes is detailed. (C) 1997 by Elsevier Science Inc.
