摘要
We made use of three dimensional numerical simulation studies, by FEM, to simulate the ultramicrohardness test. Specific software, HAFILM, was developed. The simulations were carried out on a material with well-known mechanical properties and using different sizes of imperfection of the tip of the Vickers indenter.
