摘要
Multicomponent, multiphase heat-protecting multicoats formed by anodic microarc oxidation (AMO) can optimally solve the problem of the heat protection of pistons of internal combustion engines. Based on the revealed correlations, the chemical composition of the bath and the range of the AMO conditions are optimized; some engineering ways of obtaining heat-resistant, up to 200 mu m thick ceramic protective coatings on Silumin surfaces of complicated profile are proposed.
