摘要
This article considers the effect of initial ion energy and quadrupole rod length on transmission percentage of ions through the mass filter for a computer simulation of the quadrupole mass analyzer. It also examines the effect of aperture for the mass filter with sinusoidal rf ac and rf ac with harmonics. (C) 1997 American Vacuum Society.
