Two steps phase shifting algorithm using analytic wavelets

摘要
A novel two steps phase shifting algorithm is presented. First, the signal is analyzed into the multiscale wavelet domain using analytic wavelets. The wavelets employed are classified as windowed wavelets because the main window is a Gaussian function. We show that using the wavelet approach yields in a very insensitive detuning two steps phase shifting algorithm. The phase obtained is wrapped modulo 2pi. We can remove the error in the wavefront introduced by the analytic amplitudes that have values close to zero by using any of three different methods and finally the detuning error is showed.
