摘要
To achieve the quantum leap in understanding required to overcome two major human diseases, leprosy and tuberculosis, systematic and comparative genome analysis has been undertaken. New insight into the biology of their causative agents has been obtained and the principle findings are reported here. (C) 2000 Editions scientifiques et medicales Elsevier SAS.
