摘要
Immunostained subcutaneous fat biopsies Were collected from normal pregnant and preeclamptic women undergoing cesarean delivery and from nonpregnant women undergoing abdominal surgery. The specimens were immunostained for neutrophils, activated nuclear factor kappa B, and COX-2. the hypothesis: that vascular infiltration of neutrophils in women with preeclampsia was associated with activation of NF-kappa B and expression of COX-2.
