摘要
Microfluidics-based lithography based on microfluidics is used to pattern cell-adhesive hydrogel substrates with micro-variations in stiffness. The micropatterns are generated by feeding PEG-fibrinogen and various amounts of polyethylene glycol diacrylate (PEGDA) into the micofluidic channel (see picture). © 2009 Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co.
