Endometriosis involving the urinary tract, although infrequent, can have significant impact on patients' symptoms, response to treatment, and urologic function. The purpose of this article is to review the epidemiology, pathophysiology, diagnosis, and management of endometriosis that affects the urinary tract. (C) 2006 AAGL. All rights reserved.
