As part of an investigation into the nature of galaxies in low density regions, we present broadband B, V, R, and I photometry for 27 galaxies in the Bootes Void. For each galaxy, we measure the magnitudes and colors out to the V=24.0 mag/arcsec(2) isophote, then calculate M-upsilon using previously measured redshifts. The morphological characteristics of each galaxy are discussed. Approximately 40% of our Bootes Void galaxies exhibit unusual or disturbed morphologies, including at least three galaxies with single spiral arms and at least three pairs of interacting galaxies. The magnitudes and colors of our Bootes Void sample are compared to complete samples of field, emission line and IRAS galaxies. We find that the void galaxies' colors are much bluer than the field and IRAS galaxies, but not as blue as the emission line galaxies. The void galaxies are also slightly brighter on average than emission line galaxies at similar redshift, which is inconsistent with some models of galaxy formation in low density environments.
