摘要：

The desorption process in matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization (MALDI) was analyzed. The high-pressure MALDI sources were found to be less sensitive to the application of high laser powers. The results showed that the high-pressure MALDI sources could be enhanced by controlled inlet of background gas.
