摘要
The packing arrangement of the individual conjugated chains exerts a determining effect on the ultimate value of the charge-carrier mobility. Thus, this crucial influence of the 3D organization of the solid-state material is clearly evidenced by much higher mobilities measured on organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) made of single crystals of nTs compared to the values obtained on devices fabricated using vacuum-sublimed thin films of the same compound.
