Variation of dielectric permeability by applying magnetic field in nano-composite Bi2O3-Fe2O3-PbTiO3 sputtered films

摘要
The variation of complex dielectric permeability epsilon(r) = epsilon(r)' - jepsilon(r)" with magnetic field H was studied in nano-composite ferromagnetic oxide films of the Bi2O3-Fe2O3-PbTiO3 system prepared by RF-reactive sputtering. The magnetic field dependent part of epsilon(r)', i.e. Deltaepsilon(r)'(H), shows a hysteresis loop and its maximum change \Deltaepsilon(r)'(H)\(max) exactly occurs at its coercive field H-C, indicating that this phenomenon is closely correlated with magnetization process.
